At RoofRack, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
